FIRST DAY OF TRAINING?AWESOME! OUR SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS SO YOU'LL LOVE IT

10 MINUTES BEFORE 

First session? Get excited because you're going to have an awesome time. Just arrive 10 minutes early so you can meet your coaches, take a tour and so we can let you know exactly what to expect in your first session and how it works.

THE WARM UP

Follow the instructions and demonstrations from your coaches as they run the group through a variety of low impact exercises designed to get the body warm so it's ready to perform at it's best. You'll then be ready to go.

THE DEMOS

Once we're all warm, your coaches will then run the group through the session, how it will work and also demonstrate the exercises. We will also ensure that a coach stays with you until you're comfortable and settled in.

WE'RE READY!

For 50 minutes of high energy, heart pumping fun that will get those endorphins flowing and have you feeling great. Once it's over, you'll wonder why you waited so long to come along and will be pumped for your next session.

THE COOL DOWN

We change up the pace for the last 5 minutes as your coaches take you through a series of stretches to loosen up the muscles we've just worked and improve your flexibility. You'll feel relaxed, rejuvenated and on top of the world.

THAT'S IT

Once your session is over, feel free to ask your coaches any questions, use our change room facilities or showers or even help yourself to a complimentary cup of coffee in our members lounge to unwind a little further.
